The NOPD is looking for a missing juvenile.
On October 24, 2016, at approximately 3 p.m., Devonte Caire (DOB: 5/21/2001) was reportedly last seen by his brother as he left McDonogh 24 School. Devontae was wearing his school uniform, which consists of a blue polo shirt and khaki pants.
He is described as a black male, 5’7” tall, weighing 125 pounds and having medium length black/brown dreadlocks.
