Lieutenant Errol Foy Retires After 28 Years of Service

Lieutenant Errol Foy is retiring from the NOPD after 28 years of service to the city of New Orleans. 

Superintendent Michael Harrison presented Foy with a Superintendent's Coin of Excellence to honor Foy's service and dedication to the job. 

Foy was most recently assigned to the NOPD's Crime Lab.
