The NOPD continues to seek assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of a theft incident on May 2, 2023, in the 2300 block of Saint Thomas Street.
The pictured unknown black male suspect is believed to have burglarized the victim’s vehicle at about 6 p.m. on May 2 and stole more than $5,000 in power tools from the vehicle.
