The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for Tyler Bailey (pictured at top, male, DOB: 06-26-1988) and Elliot Wilkinson (pictured at bottom, male, DOB: 12-28-1984) in the investigation of an armed robbery on November 6, 2020 in the 1000 block of French Market Place.

The victim in this incident was reportedly attacked from behind by multiple suspects, who stabbed the victim in the back and took his backpack before fleeing. EMS responded and transported the victim to a local hospital.

Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District detectives have positively identified Bailey and Wilkinson as two of the perpetrators in the investigation.

Bailey is described as a white male standing approximately 6’1” with a thin build and long curly hair.

Wilkinson is described as a white male standing approximately 5’7” with a muscular build and multiple tattoos on his forearms

When located, Bailey will be arrested on a charge of aggravated battery.

When located, Wilkinson will be arrested on charges of attempted second degree murder and armed robbery.
