The NOPD is seeking assistance with identifying and locating a subject seen on surveillance video in a package theft incident on November 20, 2018 in the 2000 block of Robert Street.
At about 5:17 p.m., video surveillance shows an unknown subject allegedly stealing packages from the front porch of a residence in the block.
