The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Damian Smith (DOB: 12-29-1985) in connection with a theft that occurred at the Nike Factory Outlet store in the 4100 block of South Carrollton Avenue on November 4, 2017.
On the date in question, an individual was observed on surveillance video stealing merchandise from the store. As investigation into the incident progressed, detectives were able to positively identify Smith as the perpetrator.
