Suspect in Theft on St. Charles Avenue Seen on Surveillance Video

An unknown male was seen on surveillance video in commission of a theft on September 18, 2017 in the 2800 block of St. Charles Avenue. NOPD investigators are seeking assistance in locating and identifying this individual.

The victim told police that at about 6 p.m., he had last observed his bicycle locked and intact in the area. When he returned to the location on Sept. 21 at about 6 p.m., the victim observed the bicycle’s wheels and several parts missing. A review of surveillance footage revealed that an unknown black male wearing a dark colored shirt, pants and baseball hat took the items from the bicycle.
