Person of Interest Wanted for Questioning in Armed Carjacking

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a person of interest wanted for questioning by detectives regarding an armed carjacking investigation.

The incident happened November 25, 2017. At about 12:27 a.m. an armed carjacking occurred in the 1700 block of Pleasure Street where a 2005 Gold Honda Odyssey minivan was taken.

On the same day, at about 1:50 p.m., the vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident where the below pictured subject was seen fleeing from the vehicle at the corner of Bourbon and St. Louis Streets.
