The NOPD is searching for a subject in connection with a theft from a Sixth District business.
On Friday, October 27, 2017, around 9:40 a.m., the subject entered a business located in the 1800 block of Rousseau Street.
The subject is accused of concealing a cellphone from the business in his jacket then leaving out the front door without paying for the phone.
The subject then walked east toward Felicity Street then in an unknown direction.
