Suspects Wanted for Robbing Couple on Dauphine Street

The NOPD is looking for two unknown males who were seen on surveillance video robbing a couple along Dauphine Street.  

The incident happened on November 3, 2016. At about 10:25 p.m., both victims were walking in the 2000 block of Dauphine Street when two unknown black males approached one of the victim’s from behind. One suspect pulled out a silver handgun and demanded money. The second suspect forced the victim to open her purse. He then took cash from her wallet and demanded the other victim’s cellphone. The suspects then ordered both victims to keep walking.

Both suspects are described as being in their late teens or early 20s. Both suspects were also seen wearing black hoodies and blue jeans. Suspect #2 is described as being 6 foot tall weighing about 180 pounds with possibly long hair.  Suspect #1 is described as being 5’10 with a low haircut weighing about 160 pounds.
