UPDATE: Suspect Arrested for Attacking his Parents on Berkley Drive

 

 

UPDATE: Carl Placide has been arrested for domestic abuse battery and aggravated battery.

 

Our Previous Story:

 

The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating Carl Placide (DOB: 7-8-1987), who is wanted for punching his mother in the face and stabbing his father. The incident took place in the 100 block of Berkley Drive.

 

On November 24, 2016, the victims reported that Placide was involved in a verbal altercation with his mother that turned physical. He struck his mother in the face several times causing her to lose consciousness and the suspect’s father intervened. Placide then stabbed his father in the chest and fled the scene. 

 

He is wanted for simple battery and aggravated battery by cutting.
