New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for theft, identity theft, and access device fraud.
Wanted is Todd Joseph Francis (pictured), Black male, DOB 03/15/1992. A warrant is on file for his arrest.
According to investigators, on April 14, 2025 Todd Joseph Francis stole a package from the victim's front porch in the 1200 block of North Tonti Street. The package contained a credit card which Todd Joseph Francis then used to make multiple fraudulent purchases.
