New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for murder.
Wanted is William Powell (pictured), Black male, DOB 08/15/1982.
According to investigators, on March 19, 2022, 38 year-old Ciara Bullock was killed in a murder-by-shooting which occurred in the 3000 block of South Saratoga Street. Through investigation, Homicide detectives have identified William Powell as being the perpetrator of the murder. A warrant is on file for his arrest.
