The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying suspects in the investigation of a reckless operation of a vehicle that occurred on April 22, 2023, at the intersection of South Alexander and Canal streets.
At about 4:00 p.m., the pictured suspects were observed illegally and recklessly operating ATVs at the location.
