Members of the NOPD Violent Offenders Warrant Squad (VOWS) and U.S. Marshals have apprehended a suspect wanted in connection with a homicide by shooting that occurred on March 28, 2023.
Tyson Williams (Black male, DOB: 01-08-1985) was arrested on May 11, 2023, at an apartment in St. Bernard Parish.
Williams is being charged with second-degree murder in the death of 37-year-old Marcus Poole who was found shot to death in the 10 block of St. Claude Court at about 10:42 p.m.
Yesterday, (May 11, 2023) Williams was booked accordingly into the Orleans Justice Center.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
