The NOPD has obtained a warrant for the arrest of Charles E. Dillion (pictured, black male, DOB: 01-27-1990) in the investigation of an aggravated assault with a firearm that occurred on May 22, 2021 at the intersection of Tullis Drive and Maumus Avenue.
Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District detective positively identified Dillion as the perpetrator who, at about 12:45 p.m., allegedly fired gunshot at the victim’s vehicle driving in the area. As a result of the shooting, vehicles in the area were struck by bullets.
