The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Earl Parker (pictured, DOB: 04-27-1994) in the investigation of a simple burglary of a vehicle that occurred on May 4, 2020 in the 2900 block of Joliet Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Second District detectives positively identified Parker as the suspected perpetrator of a vehicle burglary where a Glock 9mm handgun was reported stolen.
