he NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying two subjects in the investigation of a theft that occurred on April 15, 2020 in the 300 block of Gravier Street.
At approximately 10:20 a.m., the two pictured subjects were seen taking copper covers from the location. The female subject appeared to be limping in surveillance video taken from the time of the incident.
