The NOPD is investigating a simple burglary that occurred on May 9, 2020 in the 1400 block of Laharpe Street.
At about 4:00 a.m., the pictured subject was observed via video surveillance burglarizing a residence. The subject obscured his face with a red bandana and was seen wearing an NFL Super Bowl jacket.
