NOPD officers are seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect who was observed on surveillance video during a theft incident that occurred in the 2200 block of Octavia Street.
On April 23, 2019 around 3:35 a.m., the suspect was observed walking to the rear driveway of the victim’s residence. Once in the rear driveway, the suspect reportedly removed items from a storage cabinet. The suspect then fled the scene while in possession of the items.
The suspect is described as a heavyset black male with a beard. He was last seen wearing a “Syracuse” hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants.
