The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a simple robbery in the 2800 block of St. Ann Street on May 5, 2019.
At about 3:30 p.m., the individual driving the pictured vehicle – described as a white female with a yellow flower in her hair and wearing black sunglasses trimmed with rhinestones – allegedly committed a simple robbery.
