NOPD officers are seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subjects, who are wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in the Eighth District.

On April 30, 2019 around 12:43 a.m., the victims were walking northbound in the 900 block of Governor Nicholls Street when they were approached from behind by the pictured subjects.

The subject attired in the black Puma track suit reportedly grabbed the first victim’s purse and knocked her to the ground, at which time the subject attired in the grey Nike hoodie allegedly kicked the victim in the face several times before she released the purse.

The same subject allegedly produced a handgun and pointed it at the second victim and demanded her property. The second victim refused to give up her property, at which time both subjects fled the scene in possession of the first victim’s purse. The subjects fled the scene in a dark colored 2006 Honda Accord, bearing Louisiana license plate #160DEV.

Anyone with any information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the pictured subjects should contact Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080. Citizens with information that can help solve crimes are asked to call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111 or toll-free at 1-877-903-STOP.
