NOPD Identifies Suspect in Simple Robbery on MacArthur Boulevard

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Mason Trombino (DOB: 09-02-1988) in connection with a simple robbery incident that occurred on January 16, 2018, in the 3600 block of MacArthur Boulevard.

At about 2:15 p.m., Trombino reportedly approached the victim while the victim was sitting in his vehicle in a parking lot at the location and asked for money. The victim told police they were about to give Trombino a dollar when Trombino allegedly reached into the victim’s vehicle and took all of the victim’s cash. A minor struggle ensued, but Trombino was reportedly able to flee the scene on foot.

When located, Trombino will be arrested and charged with simple robbery.
