The NOPD Homicide Unit is searching for Roosevelt Rumbley (DOB: 12/15/1987) for second degree murder.
The incident happened on May 12, 2017. The victim was shot in the 1100 block of Louisa Street and died from his injuries on scene. Roosevelt Rumbley was developed as a suspect for this incident, and is now wanted by the New Orleans Police Department.
