The NOPD have obtained an arrest warrant for Marlo Ard (DOB: 04-05-1987) in connection with an incident that occurred in the 11700 block of Hayne Boulevard on April 28, 2017.
At about 5:30 a.m., Seventh District officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance in the area. Officers learned that a male subject, later identified as Ard, had gained access to a residence jointly owned by himself and the victim. Ard allegedly entered the residence and demanded the victim’s cell phone. During the incident, Ard supposedly either produced or dropped a handgun while demanding the cell phone.
When located, Ard will be arrested on charges of armed robbery and aggravated domestic assault in regards to this incident.
