The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Thomas McGinnis (DOB: 10-24-1998) in connection with an auto burglary that occurred on March 30, 2017, in the 3000 block of Spain Street.
At about 1:15 a.m., the victim’s vehicle was broken into and numerous items were reportedly stolen. As investigation into the incident progressed, McGinnis was developed as a suspect and an arrest warrant was issued.
When located, McGinnis will be arrested on a charge of simple burglary of a motor vehicle.
