The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a juvenile reported as missing.
At about 5:30 p.m., William Lathers (DOB: 12-20-2003) was observed by his mother in their residence in the 8500 block of North I-10 Service Road. The juvenile’s mother exited the residence for a brief period. Upon her return, she found a note indicating that the juvenile went to a friend’s house. Lathers’ mother relocated to the friend’s residence, but discovered that Lathers had not been there. The juvenile has not returned home since this time. Lathers has no history of running away.
