NOPD Seeking Vehicle Stolen During Armed Robbery in the Fifth District

New Orleans – The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle stolen during an armed robbery incident that occurred on March 17, 2020. 

At around 8:35 p.m., an unknown subject used an implied weapon to threaten a woman in the 1900 block of Frenchmen Street.  The subject snatched the victim’s purse and keys, then fled in her silver 2012 Kia Soul in an unknown direction.  

For reference purposes only, a picture of a vehicle similar to the one reported stolen is posted.  The victim’s car bears Louisiana license plate YTD175.
