The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a person of interest sought for questioning in an aggravated battery that occurred at about 6:50 p.m. on March 1, 2019 in the 900 block of Decatur Street.
The pictured individual is not wanted as a suspect in this investigation, but is believed to have knowledge of information pertinent to the incident.
