The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating an individual believed to be responsible for a shoplifting in the 3900 block of Downman Road on March 2, 2017.
On the date of the incident, the unknown black female pictured entered the Shell gas station at 3901 Downman Road, where she agreed to purchase an Apple iPhone. After taking possession of the phone, the subject told the cashier that she left her debit card in the vehicle. The subject then exited the business and fled the location in a black SUV.
