Suspect Sought for Aggravated Battery on Franklin Avenue

The NOPD is looking for Lashuntea Brumfield (DOB: 9-21-1982) in connection with an aggravated battery incident.

 

On March 20, 2017, the victim reported that Brumfield arrived at his apartment in the 4100 block of Franklin Avenue and began to damage his property. The victim asked Brumfield to leave and she retrieved an umbrella and attempted to strike the victim with it. The umbrella broke and Brumfield used a sharp metal rod in the handle of the umbrella to stab the victim on the head.
