The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating Wilbert Florence (DOB: 5/14/1975).
Florence is wanted in connection with two residence burglaries that occurred in the 3600 block of Camp Street on February 6, 2017, and the 1900 block of Napoleon on February 16, 2017.
