The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate an individual caught on surveillance video in a shoplifting incident at the Dollar General store at 230 North Broad Avenue on March 16, 2017.
On the date of the incident, the pictured subject was captured via store surveillance shoplifting various children’s clothing items.
