The NOPD is looking for the vehicle and the suspects involved in a shoot-out at the intersection of Newton and Wagner streets.
At approximately 2:50 p.m. on March 14, 2017, a black four-door vehicle occupied with at least two suspects was observed exchanging gunfire with an individual who was on foot in the 1500 block of Newton. The perpetrator who was on foot continued firing his weapon as he ran behind the four-door vehicle. The vehicle left the scene headed eastbound on Newton. During the shootout a bystander was struck in the arm.
