The NOPD is looking for Franklin Bell (DOB: 8-19-1982) in connection with a home invasion in the 3500 block of Paris.
The victim reported that on March 9, 2017, Bell broke into her residence and got into an altercation with the victim. He then fled the scene with the victim’s car keys.
