NOPD Seeking Suspects in Burglary on Gravier Street

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying two suspects believed to be responsible for a burglary that occurred on January 29, 2017 in the 900 block of Gravier Street.

At about 1 p.m., the victim told police, he locked and secured the door of his apartment before departing. When he returned to the location at about 5 p.m., the victim observed his apartment door smashed open. Once inside, he found his closet and dresser in disarray. He also noticed that cash he had in the dresser was missing.

As investigation into the incident progressed, the two pictured subjects, one wearing a green jacket and other wearing a red shirt, were seen on video surveillance near the victim’s residence around the time that the incident allegedly occurred. These two individuals were identified as unknown subjects who had visited the victim’s residence the previous evening while with a group including the victim and friends.
