The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person reported as missing.
Today, March 4, 2017, at about 12:00 p.m. Debra Lallande (DOB: 12-3-1947) was last seen in the 1500 block of Caton Street, at a relative residence. When the reporting person checked on Lallande she was not there and has not been seen or heard from since.
Lallande suffers with a mental condition.
Lallande was last seen wearing a white shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
