The NOPD is searching for a missing man reported from the 4200 block of Dreux Avenue.
The reporting person told police she last saw her father Joseph Allen Sr. (DOB:10-05-1940) in December. The reporting person also learned that her brother hasn’t seen Allen since the tornado struck parts of New Orleans. Allen is known to travel to various casinos but family members say he usually lets someone know about his whereabouts.
Allen has no history of mental illness.
