NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
The reporting person stated that the last time a friend saw Paul Hogue (DOB: 12/7/1962) was on March 2, 2017, near Washington Park in the 700 block of Elysian Fields Avenue. Hogue told the friend he lost his wallet and was going to look around for it. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Hogue is described as a white male, 5’10” tall, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, black tee shirt and black pants.
