Attempted Armed Robbery Suspect Sought in Incident at Treme and St. Philip Streets

An unknown male individual reportedly attempted to rob a victim at gunpoint on February 3, 2017 at the intersection of Treme and St. Philip streets. The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify the suspect in this incident.

At about 1:50 a.m., the pictured subject allegedly produced a handgun and attempted to rob the victim. The subject is described as a black male with a dark complexion, goatee and Afro hairstyle. He is further described as missing a front tooth and wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and black baggy pants. The subject is believed to be armed and dangerous.
