Suspect Wanted for Aggravated Assault on Chef Menteur Highway

Officers in the Seventh District have obtained an arrest warrant for Mark Kendrick (DOB: 11-29-1981) after he reportedly fired shots at the victim in the front yard of a business, located in the 16000 block of Chef Menteur Highway.

On Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at or around 6 p.m., the victim was at a gas station located on Chef Menteur Highway when he observed a gray Impala, driven by the wanted subject, circling the gas station. The victim told police he was leaving the gas station when he observed the subject following him.

The victim arrived to his destination, at which time he observed the suspect approach his job and fired two shots toward him from inside the vehicle.

When located, Kendrick will be charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.
