Officers in the First District are seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a second subject who is wanted in connection with an aggravated battery by cutting incident that occurred in the 1900 block of Orleans Avenue.
The incident occurred on Saturday, June 16, 2018. The reporting person told police the perpetrator struck the victim in the back of the head with a bottle. However, the pictured subject kicked the victim after he was already on the ground.
