The NOPD is asking for assistance in locating two suspects wanted for auto theft in the Eighth District.
On June 22, 2023, at about 2:50 p.m., the victim left her 2020 Hyundai Kona running in the 900 Block of Ursuline Street. At that time, two suspects entered the vehicle and fled down North Rampart.
Through investigation, detectives identified the above pictured subjects as the perpetrators in this incident. Arrest warrants for auto theft have been issued for Kendall Burrell (Black male, DOB: 05-23-2005) and Brandon Joseph (Black male, DOB: 07-02-2004).
