The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with an aggravated battery by stabbing that occurred on the South I-10 Service Road and Crowder Boulevard.
On June 25, 2023 at about 3:40 a.m., a 15-year-old victim reported being stabbed multiple times after getting into car with a subject who offered them a ride.
Through investigation, Seventh District detectives identified Ilya Jatskov (pictured, white male, DOB: 07-20-1991) as the alleged perpetrator in this incident.
