NOPD officers have arrested Ellis Bridges (Black male, DOB: 07-07-1966) in connection with three burglaries in the Sixth District.
Bridges was wanted for burglaries in the 1000 block of Poydras Street, 1500 block of St. Mary Street and the 1000 block of Louisiana Avenue.
He was taken into custody on June 7, 2023 after attempting to flee from officers.
Bridges was booked with burglary of an inhabited dwelling, attempted burglary of an inhabited dwelling, simple burglary and resisting an officer.
