Members of the New Orleans Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying persons of interest and vehicles involved in an reckless operation of vehicles incident on June 5, 2022, at the intersection of Saint Claude and Saint Roch avenues.
According to investigators, the two pictured individuals were captured on video jumping onto and kicking a marked NOPD unit during a "burn out" event, where individuals were recklessly operating automobiles in the intersection.
The pictured vehicles were identified as vehicles that participated in this unlawful event. They include:
- A red 2013 Chevrolet Camaro convertible bearing Louisiana license plate 462EMO, registered to Darrion Williams of New Orleans, LA
- A red 2015 Dodge Challenger bearing Louisiana license plate 462EMO, registered to Samaher F. Barakat and Ali Ibrahim Khalil of Kenner, LA
- A white 2012 Chevrolet Camaro with black top and bearing Louisiana license plate 469FGO, registered to Dalton Allen of New Orleans, LA
- A white 2017 Ford Mustang GT bearing an unknown Louisiana license plate, registered to Jashawn Shavers of Baker, LA
