The NOPD The NOPD has issued four arrest warrants related to a homicide that occurred in the Second District.
On Tuesday May 31, 2022, an argument escalated to gunshots being fired after a high school graduation.
An 80-year-old female was attempted to flee the disturbance when she was shot and killed.
The following subjects are wanted on the listed charges related to the incident.
• Laverne Duplessis: (pictured, B/F DOB: 1/8/1982): Manslaughter, Obstruction of Justice, and carrying a gun in a gun free zone.
• Brandon Rock: (not pictured, B/M DOB: 12/3/2003) Manslaughter, carrying a gun in a gun free zone.
• Frank Bartholomew: (pictured, B/M DOB: 11/21/1972) Obstruction of Justice
• 15-year-old juvenile: (not pictured, B/M DOB: 06/16/2006) Carrying a gun in a gun free zone.
