The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a subject in the investigation of a vehicle theft that occurred on May 26, 2020 in the 4000 block of Athis Court.
At about 6:30 p.m. on May 26, the victim parked her silver 2011 Chevrolet Equiniox SUV bearing Louisiana license late 607DTK in front of her home. Later that evening, at about 10:00 p.m., the victim returned to where the vehicle had been parked to discover it was missing.
Surveillance video from the location, seen in the above player, shows an unidentified black male arrive to the location on foot, gain access to the victim’s vehicle and then drive away.
