UPDATE: NOPD Seeking Person of Interest in Eighth District Shooting

UPDATE: The NOPD arrested Yasmeen Webb (pictured, DOB:10/30/97) as an accessory to aggravated battery by shooting for the incident that occurred in Duncan Plaza on June 11, 2020.

New Orleans – The NOPD requests the public’s assistance in locating Yasmeen Webb (pictured, DOB:10/30/97) who is a person of interest involved in an aggravated battery by shooting incident that occurred on June 11, 2020. 

Webb was involved in an altercation with the victim of the shooting that occurred in the 300 block of Loyola Avenue in Duncan Plaza.  Webb was seen standing next to the perpetrator and is believed to have pertinent information regarding the investigation. 

Webb is NOT wanted and is considered a person of interest only.
