An NOPD Seventh District officer arrested Samuel Taylor (DOB: 12/25/91) for multiple offenses including two charges of domestic simple battery, three court capias and other charges.
Earlier today (June 8, 2017), Officer Stephen Stephano was patrolling in the area of Crowder Boulevard and North I-10 Service Road when he conducted a traffic stop in the 7000 block of Crowder Boulevard. Officer Stephano then discovered that the male driver, later identified as Taylor, was wanted for multiple offenses including two fugitive attachments.
Taylor was arrested and booked into Central Lockup.
